CEO Blog

“I love Hapimag because ... ”

Tell us why! What makes you happy when you think about Hapimag? We can then let others share our enthusiasm.

Holidays make you happy! This statement hasn’t just been plucked out of thin air, but has been proved by a number of studies. What is just as clear is that holidays mean different things to different people. Here at Hapimag, we make sure that you – our shareholders and members, along with your families and friends – are happy when you are with us. In my opinion, there is nothing more satisfying than doing that.

Now, we want to build on our strengths. It is therefore important to show what people enjoy – what works well and how to achieve the ultimate, perfect holiday.

Please let us know in this blog what you love about Hapimag.

Over the past few months, I have used the CEO Blog to enter into a dialogue with you. I have communicated changes to you and also gathered your opinions and tips on how we can improve Hapimag. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for all your feedback. I am delighted that the number of contributions is steadily increasing and that we are able to have interesting debates. It is now down to me and my team to turn these words into actions.

In this blog, we can let everyone share our enthusiasm. We can then pass on your experiences to people interested in holidaying with us as well as new customers to show them what makes holidaying with Hapimag so unique. Should you have any other comments or questions, I would ask that you contact our Service Line directly: by phone on 00800 3030 8080 (alternatively +41 (58) 7 33 70 10)) or via e-mail at [email protected].

I look forward to reading your contributions. Thank you very much in advance.

Dear Shareholders and Members

With our new website, a new tool has been implemented for the CEO Blog comments, allowing a more interactive and contemporary communication. For example, photos, videos, emojis and even GIFs can now be added to comments and the text can be formatted. In addition, you can decide whether you want to sort the comments by the newest, best or oldest and you can give me your opinion on the blog article with just one click on one of the emojis. Unfortunately, the comments from the old website could not be imported into this new tool. Of course the comments are still available and we can give you information about them at any time.

I am very much looking forward to the further good and now even more interactive exchange with you!

Best regards
Hassan Kadbi
